Putty powder recipe

Putty powder is a kind of building decoration material, the main components are talcum powder and glue. I just bought a layer of white putty on the surface of the blank room. Putty is generally composed of base material, filler, water and additives. The filler mainly acts as a filling, and the commonly used ones are calcium carbonate, talcum powder and quartz sand. Attention should be paid to the matching use of filler fineness.

Additives include thickeners, water retaining agents, etc. Thickeners and water-retaining agents play the role of water retention, improving storage and construction performance, and cellulose is generally used. Antifreeze is mainly to improve the storage stability of putty at low temperature. Slippery agent and water reducing agent are generally used in high-grade putty to improve the construction performance of putty.

Some also add fibers to play an anti-cracking effect.

Putty powder is a surface leveling powder material for pretreatment of the construction surface before paint construction.
