Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose HPMC (100,000 viscosity) 3-5KG

White wood cellulose 3KG (starch ether, pure green, Pengrun soil, citric acid, polyacrylamide, etc. can be added appropriately)

External wall putty powder:

Cement 350KG

Heavy calcium 500KG

Quartz sand 150KG

Redispersible latex powder 8-12KG

Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose 3KG

Starch ether 0.5KG

Wood fiber 2KG

Recipe name: imitation porcelain paint

01. Raw material name:

1. Polyethylene: The degree of alcoholysis is required to be 97%, and the degree of polymerization is 1700.

2. Quicklime powder: ordinary quicklime.

3. Light calcium carbonate: white crystal or powder over 120 mesh.

4. Talc powder: more than 200 mesh in white, light color or light yellow.

5. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose: thickening and water retention.

03. Production process:

1. Polyvinyl alcohol glue is completely dissolved in 90-degree water: carboxymethyl fiber is soaked in water for 12 hours before use.

2. Dissolve quicklime in water to make saturated lime water.

3. Mix and stir the above-mentioned raw materials evenly.

4. According to the different construction methods such as brushing, scraping, spraying, coating, etc., the amount of polyvinyl alcohol glue and carboxymethyl cellulose liquid can be appropriately increased or decreased.
