How to use
The first step of grassroots inspection and treatment
If the surface of the shear wall has been treated with a release agent, the surface needs to be chiseled (or roughened) first. If it is a light-weight wall, check whether the base surface is loose. If the firmness is not enough, it is recommended to hang the net to ensure the strength and prevent cracking.
The second step is to dot the wall to find the elevation
After roughening the base, since there are different degrees of error in the flatness of the wall, it is necessary to find the error by dotting the wall and determine the elevation to control the thickness and verticality of the leveling.
The third step is plastering and leveling
Use plastering mortar to plaster and level the wall to ensure that the wall is flat and firm when tiling. After the plastering is completed, sprinkle water once in the morning and evening, and maintain for more than 7 days before tiling.

This is the standard construction method of tile adhesive, which has the advantages of high efficiency, material saving, space saving, avoiding hollowing, and firm adhesion.
Thin paste method
(1) Arrangement of bricks: Pop up the division control line on the base layer, and “pre-pave” the tiles to prevent wrong, uncoordinated and unsatisfactory overall effects.
(2) Tiling: fully mix the tile adhesive and water according to the ratio, and pay attention to use an electric mixer to mix. Use a toothed scraper to scrape the stirred slurry onto the wall and the back of the tiles in batches, and then place the tiles on the wall for kneading and positioning. And so on to finish all the tiles. Note that there must be seams between the tiles.
(3) Protection: After laying bricks, the finished product should be well protected, and trampling and watering are prohibited. Generally wait 24 hours for the tile adhesive to dry before grouting the tiles.
Precautions
1. Do not mix cement, sand and other materials
The production process of tile adhesive is composed of five parts: calculation of dosage ratio, weighing, mixing, processing, and packaging of tile adhesive. Each link has an important impact on the performance of tile adhesive products. Adding cement mortar at will will change the proportion of the production ingredients of the tile collagen. 2. Stir with an electric mixer

3. It should be used as soon as it is stirred
It is best to use up the stirred tile adhesive within 1-2 hours, otherwise the original paste effect will be lost. The tile adhesive should be used as soon as it is stirred, and discarded and replaced after more than 2 hours.
4. The scratching area should be appropriate
When tiling tiles, the area of tile adhesive tape should be controlled within 1 square meter, and the wall surface should be pre-wetted in dry outdoor weather.

1. Is the tile adhesive waterproof?
Tile adhesive cannot be used as a waterproof product and does not have waterproof effect. However, tile adhesive has the characteristics of no shrinkage and no cracking, and its use in the entire tile facing system can improve the overall impermeability of the system.
2. Is there any problem if the tile adhesive is thick (15mm)?
The performance is not affected. The tile adhesive can be applied in a thick paste process, but it is generally applied in a thin paste method. One is that thick tiles are more costly and cost-intensive; second, thick tile adhesives dry slowly and are prone to slippage during construction, while thin tile adhesives dry quickly.
3. Why is the tile adhesive not dry for several days in winter?
